B. Client Agreement (Applies Upon Booking)

1. Nature of Services

Services may include coaching, hypnotherapy, NLP, IEMT, Kinetic Shift, and related approaches.These are designed to support personal development, behavioural change, and emotional wellbeing.

This service is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

2. Age Requirement

Services are provided to adults (18+) or minors only where a parent or legal guardian is present for the session.The parent or guardian retains responsibility for the minor at all times.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions during and after sessions.This is a collaborative process, and your level of engagement will influence outcomes.

You are not required to share anything you are uncomfortable discussing.

4. Safeguarding & Duty of Care

I am committed to working in a safe, ethical, and responsible way.While sessions are confidential, there are limits to confidentiality.

If there is a reasonable belief of risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where required by law, appropriate action may be taken.

This may include contacting relevant services such as your GP, emergency services, or other appropriate professionals.Where possible, this will be discussed with you first.

However, if there is an immediate risk, action may be taken without prior consent.This service is not suitable for crisis or emergency situations.If you require urgent support, contact:NHS 111Your GPEmergency services (999)

5. Conduct & Safety

Mutual respect is expected at all times.I reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if: I feel unsafeaggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour is displayedIn such cases, the session may still be chargeable.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where:there is risk of serious harm to yourself or othersdisclosure is required by lawsafeguarding obligations apply

7. Medical Safety & Contraindications

For safety reasons, services may not be suitable for individuals experiencing: Psychosis or schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder (unless medically managed and discussed)Epilepsy, Severe heart conditions or medical instability. If you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you should continue to follow their advice.

A letter of no objection from your healthcare provider may be required before sessions begin.

7.1 Under the Influence

Sessions will not proceed if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. In such cases, the session may be terminated and charged in full.

8. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed upon payment.Prices may be updated at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full. I understand that emergencies happen. A one-time exception may be made at my sole discretion.

10. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

For online sessions (e.g., Zoom):If the connection is lost, we will attempt to reconnect for up to 5 minutes. If reconnection is not possible, the session may continue via phone or be rescheduled.

11. Liability

While I am committed to helping you achieve your goals, coaching is an educational and self-development process.You remain the primary architect of your life. Any actions taken or decisions made based on our sessions are your sole responsibility.To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for outcomes resulting from the use of services.

12. Professional Indemnity

I maintain full professional indemnity insurance for all modalities practiced.

13. Consent & Agreement

By booking a session, making payment, or selecting agreement at checkout, you confirm that:you have read and understood this agreementyou agree to these termsyou are participating voluntarilyyou accept responsibility for your own wellbeingThis constitutes a legally binding agreement.
