About Me

Rich Hilton

Coach, Hypnotherapist, IEMT Practitioner, & Army Veteran.

I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves create lasting change in a practical, grounded way. I don't just understand this work from a textbook. I’ve been through the process of rebuilding my own system, as well.

This page is called "About Me," but it’s really about what I can do with you.

When you reach a point where your mind won’t switch off, or you're functioning fine on the outside while running on empty inside, it's easy to think you are broken.

My background in the British Army taught me a lot about resilience, but it also taught me about the cost of just "pushing through" when things stop working. I know what it’s like to carry stress, pressure, and old patterns until they become too heavy.

A Different Kind of Support

You do not need to arrive at our sessions with everything figured out. You don't need the perfect words, and you don’t need to explain yourself perfectly. You just need to know that something isn't working anymore.

The work we do is calm, practical, and human. > This isn't about telling you to "just think positive" or boxing you in with psychological labels. Depending on what your nervous system needs, we combine practical coaching with advanced neurological tools like Hypnosis, IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy), and NLP.

We slow things down to understand what your mind and body are trying to protect you from, so you can stop reacting from old survival patterns and start choosing what happens next.

What We Focus On Building:

  • Calming the Alarm: Reducing internal noise, anxiety, and pressure.

  • Breaking the Loop: Overcoming old habits, phobias, and automatic trauma responses.

  • Restoring Control: Rebuilding genuine confidence, clearer decision-making, and deep rest.

  • Sustainable Change: Moving forward naturally, without forcing or pretending.

Ready to take the next step?

The first step is simply a conversation. No pressure, no hard sell. Let's talk through what's happening and see if this approach feels right for your system.
